Case #9

This patient had a history of severe periodontal (gum) disease which had left his teeth looking long and leaving large gaps.  "I hate my Billy-Bob teeth," he explained. 

For his fiftieth birthday his wife bought him the ultimate smile makeover.  Everyone around him says he smiles all the time, something he never did before. 

Treatment was with 5 porcelain laminate veneers and one implant and crown.  The implant is indistinguishable from the other teeth.
