This patient had two unesthetic crowns recently placed on
the upper front left tooth and the one immediately adjacent
to the teeth number 9 and 10.
The two upper teeth on the right side were treated with veneers
and the upper two left teeth had matching crowns to replace
the original unesthetic ones.
