This is an example of a common Class II div II malocclusion where
the lateral incisor teeth (the teeth directly adjacent to the two
middle teeth) are rotated and kicked out in front of the two front
teeth.
Cosmetic dentistry uses porcelain laminate veneers to reshape the
lateral incisors achieving "instant orthodontics".
It may or may not be necessary to veneer the teeth adjacent to the
laterals.
