#30 This patient was very unhappy with his front four unesthetic crowns that had been placed by another dentist. He did not like the opaque quality of the porcelain and the dark margins under the gum line that were visible due to the metal layer in these crowns. Four all porcelain crowns were constructed and then replaced the old PFM’s (porcelain-fused-to-metal) and the neighboring two teeth on each side were veneered. click here to see enlargements! |
