This patient had failed root canals
on her front teeth including the central and lateral incisor
on the right side. Three of the front teeth were extracted
and replaced with dental implants.
They were placed as immediate implants and temporary crowns
so that the patient never had to go without teeth or have
to use a flipper or removable appliance.
The three front implant teeth were restored with zirconia
all porcelain abutments and crowns and the left lateral
incisor was treated with a matching veneer to complete
the esthetic appearance of the front four.
