This gentleman complained of small short teeth that were
not very visible and made him look old. His bite had worn
the front teeth severely. Because of his bite he needed
the strength of all porcelain crowns with zirconia all-porcelain
copings.
These restorations have the esthetics of an all-porcelain
restoration with the strength of traditional porcelain
fused to metal crowns. Zirconia and similar material have
made porcelain over medal crowns obsolete.
