This patient had a traumatic accident
as a teenager. A full difinitive restoration was not attempted
until she was in her 20's. She was first treated with periodontal
plastic surgery, and when the tissues had healed and matured a full
fixed bridge was fabricated.
It is almost impossible to discern that she is missing 3 anterior
teeth.
