Case #3 This patient had very small "peg" lateral incisors. Peg laterals are when the crown of the tooth is under formed. To treat this with the greatest cosmetic esthetic dental outcome. The roots of the teeth are centered with orthodontics (braces). The spacing is then held temporarily with composite resin (dental bonding). Finally when all the teeth are in the right place, the lateral incisor teeth are veneered with porcelain laminates. The adjacent teeth may or may not be veneered as well, varying case by case. |
