We encourage you to express yourself as candidly as possible about what you are seeking to achieve.  We know it is important that you look over our work so that you know the quality of work that is done at DC Smiles.  For this reason, we will show you books of patients’ before and after photos of their treatments.  You will see for yourself up close the transformative effects a smile makeover can achieve.  Our patients look younger, better, healthier and happier.  At this visit, we will also take photos of your face, mouth and teeth that aid in proper diagnosis as well as x rays.  In certain situations, a CT scan will be taken so that you and Dr. Singer together can view and discuss your oral anatomy and your concerns and our recommendations for solving the issues at hand.  At this visit, Dr. Singer will devise a treatment plan and we will review the treatment plan at length with you until you feel all your questions have been answered and you fully understand the recommendations.

You will be given a printed estimate detailing your procedures that you may discuss with our financial coordinator so that paying for your treatment does not prevent you from achieving the smile that will make you healthier and happier.  Sometimes at this visit our patients schedule their first appointment to begin their enhancements and sometimes a second complimentary consult is necessary and we encourage you to take the time you need to make a decision you are fully comfortable with.
